Those who think they have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for illness!!

What illness you end up with is partly written in your DNA and partly written by what you consume. If you eat and have eaten acidic foods i.e., dairy, sugar, grains, animal products ~ these form an acid in your body. (Pretty mucus and lovely fluids like that... infection-forming kinda stuff all green.) The acids will eat away at the genetically weak areas first, these are your "illnesses".

If we eat a diet of alkaline or non-acid forming foods, which are fruits, berries, melons, vegetables and herbs = vegetables, we will actually start to heal and rebuild those weak areas and rid the body of toxic "medicines" that had no business there in the first place. These synthetics only further harm the body the longer they are there. We want highly electrical food: live living foods. Fruits, berries and melons have a highly electrical charge. Pure NRG!! Our cells need that. ^ Brain cell firing!
