Organic psyllium flakes, 250g - Obio Psyllium bran is very rich in fiber, having the ability to quickly absorb water, increasing its volume several times. They are used for the preparation of desserts, or for colon detoxification. Attention, do not consume tares as such, in the case of colon detoxification cures, make sure you mix them with enough water, and it is even recommended to drink another cup of water immediately after consuming them.
