Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and require prior authorization from a Staff Member.

We accept returns on unopened formulas ONLY and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, bottle seal must be intact.

Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
