SUGGESTED USEAGE BY WEIGHT:
10lbs – 50lbs ¼ of a heaping teaspoon
50lbs – 100lbs ½ of a heaping teaspoon
100lbs – 200lbs 1 heaping teaspoon
200lbs – 300lbs 1 tablespoon
Take 1 to 3 times a day.
*You may wish to mix God’s Garden Superfood Blend in water or juice, or you may also sprinkle it over a salad.
